What was the Sand War?
The Sand War was best described as a mix between Risk and a First Person Shooter PC game. There were two teams, a map and purchasable vehicles. Each team had a commander that acted as the voice for their team. He/She built units, declared where to attack, and executed the overall turns. Like risk, teams attacked from location to location, but in the Sand War, instead of rolling a die to decide who won a battle, each team faught in a round of Battlefield 1942.
